Our goal

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we’ve done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Text and controls are designed for strong color contrast.
  • Form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in text.
  • Images have text descriptions, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Animation is minimal and turns off if your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limitations

Rent payments, maintenance requests, applications, and logins take place on our property-management software provider’s website, which we do not control. If you have trouble using those services, contact us and we will help another way.

Request help or report a barrier

If something on this website doesn’t work for you, or you need information in another format, please tell us:

Please include the page address and a short description of the problem.

Housing accommodations

Residents and applicants with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations or modifications related to their housing. See our fair housing statement for how to make a request.
